Low Fat Crockpot Lasagna

2 (16 oz) packages of low fat or fat free cottage cheese.1 (16 oz) package of part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded16 lasagna noodles4 cups spaghetti or tomato sauce2 tsp garlic powder2 tsp Italian seasonings
This recipe is meatless and uses the crock pot.
Layer 1/2 cup sauce in the bottom of the crockpot. Lay 4 noodles on top of the sauce, breaking as needed to fit.
Mix all the cottage cheese, and 1/2 the mozzarella cheese together with garlic salt and italian seasonings in a large bowl. Spread 1/3 of the cheese mixture onto the noodles in the crockpot and spread evenly. Layer more sauce, noodles and cheese until the other 2/3 of hceese mixture are used up. Top with sauce.
Cook on high for 4 hours. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese onto the lasagna during the last 15 minutes of cook time.
