Ingredients
Tofu, okara, 1 cup (remove)Kokimo Foods Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix - (85g)- 18 servings total, 4.5 serving (remove)NATUREGG Simply Egg Whites, 0.30 cup (remove)egg white, fresh, 2 large (remove)*Agave - Madhava, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
1. Whip okara with egg whites
2. Add chocolate cake mix
3. Bake in parchment lined dish, at 350F for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

Cut in 8 squares
Serve with icecream

    Um... eggs aren't vegan.
    Just a heads up. You could use Ener-G egg replacer to make these vegan, though. Or use tofu, soy yogurt, flax meal, etc. There are lots of vegan egg replacers. - 1/9/10
