Jenn's Mushroom Pot Roast

Ingredients
Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 2.5 lb1 Large Onion, choppedBaby Carrots, raw, 20 large Red Potato, 1 poundCampbell's Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup, 1 canLight Beer, 8 fl oz
Directions
Turn slow cooker to high and put beef roast in. Add onion, potatoes, and carrots. Pour condensed soup over, then pour light beer over. Put lid on slow cooker and turn to low. Cook for at least eight hours

Makes 6 servings

Notes: If you like, add fresh mushrooms when there's an hour to go on your cooking time. For a lower-carb version, use parsnips, rutabagas, and turnips in place of carrots and potatoes.
