Ingredients
1 pound bag of dry whole wheat pasta1 large onion3 stalk of celeri1 sweet pepper(Yellow)3 Tomatogarlicfine herb4 Mushrooms200g of sheep feta15 black Kalamata Olives
Directions
Cook the pasta al dente
saute the vegetables in 1 tble spoon of olive oil
cut the cheese in cube
mixe the pasta, veggies and cheese together

serve either hot or cold
makes 6 -cup serving
