Ingredients
6 cups Romaine lettuce, torn6 T light mayonnaise6 slices crispy turkey bacon1 medium onion, sliced1.5 cups frozen peas1 cup reduced fat swiss cheese - julienne strips3 t sugar
Directions
Place 1/3 of lettuce in bowl. Dot 2T mayo, 1/3 onion, 1 tsp sugar, dash salt & pepper, 1/3 peas, 1/3 cheese. Repeat layers, seasoning each.

    This is one of my all-time favorite dishes made by my MIL. She does the full-fat version, though. This came out very tasty - but I did use regular bacon. - 7/22/09
