Ingredients
9 oz. Ocean Perch1 Tablespoon Olive Oil1 Tablespoon Butter2 Tablespoon finely chopped onion1 Clove Garlic, finely chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.

Place Ocean Perch in a shallow pan.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and butter. When the oil is hot, add the onion and the garlic. Saute until soft.

Pour the mixture in the skillet over the fish.

Back 12 - 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

I serve with salad, wild rice and fresh fruit. These are not included in the nutrition information.

    This was very good! Its definately healthy for you and you can taste that. You can add salt, which would give it more taste but im going for healthy. I would recommend this recipe to anyone! :) - 8/11/09
