Ingredients
For two servings:6 ounces of chicken breasts (when cooked)60 grams of bread crumbs1 eggbasil spicesoregano1 clove of garlic
Directions
In a small bowl mix egg and spices. Dip chicken breasts in the mix and then coat it with bread crumbs. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes each side. Drizzle the top with olive oil before baking.
