Creamed Tuna

Ingredients
3 T. Margarine3 T. White Flour1/4 c. onion, finely diced7.2 ounce pouch Albacore Tuna in water1/2 c. light sour cream1 1/4 c. 2% milk
Directions
melt margarine and add onion and cook until tender.
Add flour. Mix well.
Add milk all at once
stir until boiling and thickened.
Add tuna, sour cream.
Cook until heated through.
Serve over biscuits or toast.
