Ingredients
1 apple, preferable sweetartificial sweetener like splendaground cinnamon
Directions
Cut your apple in bite-sized pieces and put them in a mircowavable dish. Leave the skin on for extra fiber.
Heat the dish up for 1 minute in your microwave.
Sprinkle some splenda and ground cinnamon over the apple pieces and ENJOY!

Low cal snack, good for kids and also a nice dessert.
