Dee's fruity shake with cukes

* Cucumber (with peel), .5 cucumber (8-1/4") * Mangos, .5 cup, sliced * Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, unthawed * Apples, fresh, .5 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l * Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) * Lemons, .25 fruit without seeds * Orange Juice, 1 cup
Cut all fruits up into pieces, except frozen strawberries. For the mango, just slice off one side lengthwise and cube while still on the skin, then flip skin inside out and remove cubes with a spoon.
Pour orange juice into a blender then add fruits a little at a time until completely blended. Make sure you remove the lemon wedge from the peel so it's not too bitter.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
