Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 10 ounces Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded Sour Cream, 2 tbsp Chili powder, 1 tsp *Cumin seed, .5 tspOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, sliced *La Tortilla Factory - Low Carb Tortilla, 1 serving
In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add chicken and onion and saute for 5 minutes sitrring often. Add peppers, spices and cook until chicken is done. Serve with sour cream and shredded cheese on low carb wheat tortillas
