  • Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
1 small Yellow Apple (Delicious)1 small Red Apple (Granny Smith)1 small Green Apple (Sour)9 Frozen Strawberries (defrosted)
Directions
Blend to a fine pulp using hand blender, or whatever method you can find. I find it becomes even finer if I add just a little water (it's coming right back out anyway).

Spread evenly over tray and dehydrate for 6-8 hours. Done when dry to touch.

When done remove from tray and store in a dry container, does NOT need to be refrigerated.

Loved it! This is the first fruit leather I have ever made and it was simple, easy, and delicious. My husband and I ate it right out of the dehydrater pan - thanks! - 12/22/09
