Melon ice cream

Ingredients
1 large melon (honeydew, ogen or charentais)300ml (half a pint)low-fat natural yogurt
Directions
Halve the melon and scoop out the seeds.
Put into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Mix the puree with the yogurt and pour into a shallow freezer container.
Freeze until firm and serve in scoops
