Ingredients
Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Thin Spaghetti 13.25 ozMushrooms, fresh, 8 oz DicedHUNTS 100% Natural Tomatoes (Fire Roasted) 1 canOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Olive Oil, .25 cupMinced Garlic, 5 gram(s) Sea Salt4C Homestyle Grated 100% Parmesan, 10 tbsp
Directions
Cook pasta according to box.
Saute mushrooms and onion in olive oil.
Add tomatoes, garlic, and salt.
Simmer for a couple of minutes.
Add to pasta and serve with 1 tbsp grated parmesan on top of each serving.

    This tasted great. I used dehydrated minced onion instead of the raw onion, but it didn't seem to take anything away from the recipe. I know it says it makes 10 servings, but my family finished it off. This was a definite hit, especially since they are picky eaters. Will definitely fix again. - 1/16/10

    It makes 10 1 cup servings. My husband and I usually eat 2 cups for dinner and my kids love it too (and they usually don't like mushrooms)
