Smashing Banana Berry Sorbet

Ingredients
1 banana (frozen in chunks the night before)1/4 cup frozen unsweetened blueberriesSeveral frozen unsweetened strawberries (a little less than 1/4 cup)1/2 cup Silk or other soy or regular milk
Directions
Cut fresh (not overripe) banana into 1/2 inch pieces and freeze the night before (I like to keep a large supply of banana chunks in the freezer just for this recipe).

Put all ingredients in blender or food processor.

Blend or process until thick and smooth. Add a bit of extra Silk (or other soy milk or regular milk) if needed. The finished sorbet should be the consistency of soft ice cream.

Makes one large serving or two smaller ones.
