Gluten free herb crackers

Ingredients
Rice flourSaltPepperChivesThymeOreganoButterYogurt, nonfat
Directions
1. Combine flour, salt, pepper and herbs.
2. Cut in cold butter with two knives or pastry cutter.
3. Stir in yogurt until just mixed.
4. Knead gently until dough comes together. Do no overmix.
5. Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness on lightly oiled baking sheet.
6. Sprinkle salt over surface. Press gently into surface with palm or rolling pin.
7. Cut into approximately 40-50 squares.
8. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until crisp and slightly browned.
