Ingredients
Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup (remove)*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)Becel light margerine, 12 tsp (remove)Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup (remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup
Directions
use self rising cornmeal and flour.. mix all ingrediants togeather and pour in greased 8x8 pan. bake until golden brown. makes 6 servings. i use a tub margerine that only has 50 calories per tablespoon.
