Ingredients
13 cups white flour3 tbl sea salt3 tbls yeast6 cups lukewarm water
Directions
Mix water with yeast and salt in giant bowl.
add flour
Dough will be sticky
let sit at room temp for 2 hours
refrigerate for up to two weeks.

before baking pull out a loaf size chunk. Preheat oven to 450 with baking stone in. Prep loaf on cornmeal covered plate or pizza peel. Let sit for thirty min to an hour. slide onto preheated stone and bake for 20 min to an hour depending on loaf size. check regularly.
should make 8 loaves of bread. slice each loaf into 8 to get 64 total servings.
