Family Pancake Mix

Ingredients
1 cup flour ( I use half wheat and half white)1 Tbs Baking Powder2 Tbs sugar1 Egg2 Tbs canola oil1 cup milk
Directions
Put the first 3 ingrdients in a bowl, and the last 3 in a seperate bowl. Mix together right before you plan to cook.... Mix in any sliced fruit or bluberries too! I sometimes use a touch of Almond extract to jazz it up.
