Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 block of tofu or 1 cup chopped meat2 TBSP vegetable oil3 cups cooked rice3 green onions, chopped2 tsp Soy Sauce1 egg + 1 egg white1 cup frozen peasFried rice seasoning packet (optional)
Directions
Heat oil in large frying pan over medium high heat. Add rice and green onions; stir fry. After 2 minutes, push rice mixture to side and pour scrambled egg mixture in and cook. Once cook through, mix together with rice. Add soy sauce and seasoning packet (optional) and mix. Finally add cooked meat or tofu and cooked peas. Mix together, serve immediately.
