Baked Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
6 Medium tomatoes, washed2 cups of cooked ground turkey and whole kernel corn1/2 cup soft bread crumbs1 tablespoon melted margarine1/4 cup of buttered crumbssalt and pepper to taste.Variation: Add chopped Nuts and Mushrooms to the meat and corn mixture. Yield: 6 serviingsDavid Stump
Directions
Cut a thin sline from stem end of each tomatoe; remove pulp. Mix meat and corn, soft bread crumbs, margirine, and seasonings. Fill tomato shells with Mixture. Cover tops with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 deg for 30 miuntes or until tender. add chopped nuts and sliced mushrooms to the meat and corn mixture for a variation. Serving 6
