Chilled Fruit Soup

Ingredients
3 cups diced Cantaloupe2 cups Orange Juice1 ripe Mango peeled, pitted and chopped2 tablespoons chopped Crystallized Ginger3 tablespoons chopped Fresh Mint
Directions
In a food processor or blender, puree diced cantaloupe, orange juice, ripe mango and crystallized ginger for about 1 minute, or until smooth. Stir in chopped fresh mint until blended. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with cantaloupe slices and fresh mint sprig
