Ingredients
1/2 lbs. ground beef1/2 tsp. garlic salt1/2 cup cottage cheese4 oz. mozarella cheeseromano to sprinkle on top3/4 of a 16oz. jar of ragu sauce9 manicotti shellsserve with love.
Directions
Makes 9 manicotti shells. Brown ground beef with 1/2 tsp of garlic salt. Mix in the mayo and the cottage cheese and mozarella. cook the shells and then stuff them with the mixture. pour ragu sauce on top and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. YUM!
