Stuffed Banana Peppers

Ingredients
1 small chopped tomato1 small chopped onion2 Cup grated cheddar cheese1 small chopped jalapeno1/4 lb. bacon (about 12 slices)1 doz banana peppers
Directions
1. Wash peppers and makes slices down the side, remove the seeds
2. Mix all ingredients except banana peppers and bacon.
3. Stuff the peppers
4. Wrap bacon slice around each pepper
5. Bake at 375 till bacon is cooked
