Curried Bulgur, Lentils & Tomatoes

Ingredients
2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes6oz Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt2/3 Cup Dried Lentils3/4 Cup Bulgur Dry1 Med. Onion, Coursely Chopped1 Large Red Bell Pepper, ChoppedCurry Powder (1.5 Tbsp)Tumeric Powder (1 Tsp)Chili Powder (1 Tbsp)Garlic Powder (3 Tbsp)Ground Coriander (1 Tsp)Cayenne Powder (1 Tbsp)Salt-Free Salt & Pepper to taste1.5 Cups Water
Directions
Throw everything together except for yogurt. Cook on med-high heat until the bulgur and lentils are cooked through, stirring frequently and keeping covered when not stirring. Turn off heat and add yogurt. Serve hot.
