Chicken Parmasean

Ingredients
Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1/2 cup, shredded Chicken, Trader Joe's Breast Tenderloins, 2 serving Francesco Rinaldi Mushroom Pasta Sauce, 1 cup Canola Cooking Spray, 1 sprayYou can increase the amounts of the ingredients for more than 2 servings.
Directions
Defrost chicken tenderloins and brown chicken in skilet over medium heat in cooking spray until brown. Add pasta sauce and allow to cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

You can serve with spagetti, or potatoes. Which ever you prefer
