Snazzy Vegan Sugar Snap Peas & Garlic

Ingredients
40 Sugar Snap Peas2 cloves of Fresh Garlic1/2 tbl of Garlic powder1 tbl of Vegetarian Mushroom Oyster Sauce1 tbl of Chili Oil1 tbl of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
1. Snap the stem off the fresh peas , wash them and dry them and set aside in a bowl.

2. Slice the cloves of garlic and also set aside.

3. Add the olive oil to a hot fry pan or stove top wok.

4. Add the peas to the oil and began to sauteand the chili oil. Keep the peas move and cook for about 3-5 minutes until softened, but still crunchy.

5. Add the Mushroom sauce at the last minute before serving along with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
