Grilled Pesto Shrimp with Pasta

Ingredients

2 C uncooked penne1 lb uncooked large shrimp; no tails1-2 med zucchini cut into 1/2 thick chunks1 C cherry tomatoes1/2 C prepared pesto1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
1. Cook penne as directed; drain and set aside
2. Heat grill. Grill shrimp in grill basket until almost done
3. In large bowl, combine zucchini, tomatoes, 1/4 C pesto
4. Add vegetables to shrimp. Grill 5 10 minutes or until shrimp is done and vegetables are crisp tender
5. In large bowl, combine shrimp mixture with pasta, add remaining pesto if desired. Toss gently to mix.
6. Sprinlkle with parmesan cheese
