Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
2 c whole wheat flour2 tbsp sugar4 tsp baking powder2 eggs2 cup nonfat milk4 tsp oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs with fork, add milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Pour scant quarter cup per pancake into pan, cook until bubbly. Flip and cook one minute more. Makes 16 pancakes.
