veggie stir fry

Ingredients
Directions
1 small onion2 tbs olive oil2 tbs soy sauce3 cloves of garlic2 stalks of celery1 cup red pepper1 cup Cauliflower 1 cup broccoli
Chop all vegetables to desired size.
Heat oil on medium heat of frying pan.
Add onions and garlic when oil is hot.
Next add celery, carrots, red pepper, Cauliflower, broccoli. Cook for a few minutes and add soy sauce.
Cook until desired tenderness of vegetables. I like them firm and not soggy!
