Beans, black, 1 Can (475 grams) rinsedOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Egg, fresh, 1 large Garlic, 2 cloves or up to 2 tsp powder*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp Chili powder, 1 tsp *Edamame, Shelled, Frozen, 0.5 cup Nishiki Brown Rice - Medium Grain - 1cup
Combine all ingredients and mash up lightly to mix - then use a food processor to smooth out texture. Form into 8 balls on waxed paper, shape into patties then transfer to griddle sprayed lightly with Olive oil or non-stick spray. Cook on Med/Med Low 4-5 minutes per side. Serve with a Sami's Millet and Flax seed Bun and your favorite burger toppings!
