Mango Salsa

Ingredients
1 ripe mango1/2 cup diced green bell pepper1/2 cup diced red onionjuice from 1/2 limefresh cilantro to taste
Directions
Start by chopping bell pepper and onion, place in bowl.

Peel mango. Cut fruit away from large pit. Dice. Place in bowl with pepper and onion.

Cut lime in 1/2 and squeeze juice on top. Toss and serve.

*This recipe could be 2 servings if used as topping, but if you want as a side, I reccomend one serving. This recipe is very easily doubled, tripled, etc.
