1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey1 c. Textured Veg. Protein (TVP)1/2 c. finely chopped onions1- Egg Beater3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs2 T. parsley Chopped2 T. basil "2 T. oregano "2 cloves minced garlicPepper & Salt to Taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl mix all ingredients, mixing well. Use ice cream scoop to form meat balls, now that you don't use it for ice cream and place on coated cookie sheet, now that we don't make cookies. Bake for approx. 20 mins.
