Ingredients
12 ounces Of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast-2 ounces per serving6 servings of Mixed Salad Greens1 cup mandarin oranges1/2 Cup Slivered Unroasted Almonds1 cup Low fat Balsalmic Venaigrette Salad Dressing1/2 cup sliced Spanish/Red Onion
Directions
Bake or grill chicken breast until done, chill and cut into desired length slices
Put mixed salad greens in large bowl
Add sliced chicken, mandarins, sliced spanish onions and slivered almonds
Cover with dressing and toss in bowl
Chill in fridge or serve immediately
Makes 6-1 cup servings or larger single servings if desired
