3 cups diced hashbrowns1/2 cup diced onion1 1/2 cup diced Ham slice1.5 tbls olive oil2 tbls butterpepper to taste
Pour olive oil in frying pan heat, add onion sweat slightly, add diced ham cook slightly. Add diced frozen hashbrowns, let brown and turn, take one tbls butter and cut into pieces and place around sides of pan and one piece and place in center let brown again. Turn and cut second tbls of butter on to hashbrowns and continue browning. When done put shredded cheese on top and trun off burner and let set while cheese melts, serve.
