Bowtie Pasta With Mushrooms, artichokes, and sundried tomatoes

Ingredients
Shallot, artichoke hearts canned in water, sliced fresh mushrooms, smoked sun dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, small lemon, pinot grigio, whipped salted butter, bowtie patsta, salt and pepper.
Directions
Prepare pasta as described on box. Saute shallots first in the olive oil over medium heat then add the remainder of the ingredients. It takes about 20 minutes to cook. Be sure to drain artichokes and slice to desired thickness. Pour over drained pasta when done.
