Peanut Sauce for Satay

Ingredients
1 small onion, finely chopped1 clove garlic, chopped ½ cup peanut butter½ cup water1tbls brown sugar1 Tbs lemon juicepinch of crushed red pepper flakessalt to taste
Directions
In small saucepan, sauté 1 small onion, finely chopped, 1 clove garlic, chopped in cooking spray and a bit of water if needed. Stir in ½ cup peanut butter, ½ cup water, 1tbls brown sugar, 1 Tbs lemon juice and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes. Add salt to taste. Serve with chicken.
