1 pound ground veal, half cup each or to taste frozen chopped spinach, chopped mushrooms, chopped or dried onions, hot sauce to taste, 6 saltines. egg white
mix all ingredients well, form loaf, bake for 45 minutes to an hour. makes 4 servings
