Squash Casserole

Ingredients
Summer squash and zucchini with cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, cream of mushroom soup, and eggs.
Directions
Cut squash and zucchini into cubes, boil until cooked. Combine squash, zucchini, 1.75 cups cheese, 1.75 cups bread crumbs, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, and 2 eggs. Grease casserole dish with nonstick spray. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 15 two x two in. servings.
