Crockpot Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast1/2 can cream of mushroom 1 small can tomato sauce1 cup salsa 2 Tsp taco seasonig1/2 cup RF sour creamsalt and pepper to taste2 Cups cooked rice
Directions
Place chicken in crockpot. Add all of the ingredients except the rice. Cook on High for 4 to 6 hours. Serve over rice.
