Oriental Bok Choy Salad

Ingredients
3 cups shredded baby bok choy2 finely chopped green onions1/2 cup slivered bits of green peppers1 Tbsp sesame seedscrushed red chilis to tasteDressing:1/2 cup white sugar2 tbsps light soy sauce1/4 cup white vinegar1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Put all dressing ingredients in a small pot. Bring to a boil and simmer till sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat to cool slightly.

Prepare bok choy, green onions and peppers and place in a bowl. Pour dressing over and toss to coat . Sprinkle on seeds and chilis. Serve chilled.
