1 Carb Del Monte Carb Clever Fruit Cocktail4 Tbsp Sugar Free Cool WhipFinely Chopped Nuts (Optional)
Drain Fruit Cocktail thoroughly then pat with paper towel. Place in snall bowl. Add Cool Whip and Nuts. Mix thoroughly. Chill in fridge approximatly 1 hour. Makes two 0.5 servings.

This salad is a staple at my house on holiday's. Since I have been dieting I started using all fresh fruit such as apples,pears, grapes..both red and green, bannana, cherries and sometimes i add shredded coconut. It is such an easy salad to make and taste wonderful :) I love this salad! - 12/27/07
