Braised Asian Kale

Ingredients
4 cups chopped kale1/2 cup shredded carrot1/2 cup chopped onion2 cloves garlic2 tbsp. olive oil1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil3 tbsp. sake or rice wine vinegar2 tbsp. soy sauce2 tbsp. maple syrup
Directions
Saute garlic and onion in olive oil; add kale and stir fry until kale is wilted; add sake, soy sauce, maple syrup (and a little water if it is dry). Briase until the kale is cooked to preference. Drizzle with toasted sesame oil and sprinkle with gomazio to serve.
