Winter Squash Soup

Ingredients
Butternut Squash 2 1/2 lbApples, fresh, 2 medium (Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Onions, raw, 2 medium Olive Oil, 2 TBSPSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Bake at 400 degress for 40 minutes, combine with 4 - 5 cups of water (can add chili powder, etc for flavor) Our 1/2 of veggetable mixuture into blender and blend until smooth then add the balance of the mixture to soup and serve. Or blend all of ingredients for a no chunk soup.
