Roasted Balsamic Asparagus

Ingredients
1 pound fresh asparagus1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar1/2 teaspoon minced garlic1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Remove tough ends of asparagus stalks. Place stalks on a rimmed cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar then sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to coat thoroughly then arrange stalks in a single layer. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes, stir or toss, then bake another 5 minutes.
