2 boneless, skinless chicken breast2 scallionsfresh garlic1 can mushrooms1 can diced italian tomatoes1 cup chicken brothwhole wheat pasta of your choice
saute chicken in large pan with broth, add garlic, mushrooms and scallions until chicken in cooked through and no longer pink. Add tomates with juice heat through. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
