Cinnamon Topped Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1c sifted flour1/4 c sugar3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 c quick or old fashioned oats1/2 c raisins (optional)3 Tbsp oil1 egg, beaten1 c milk2 Tbsp sugar2 tsp flour1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 425

Sift first 4 ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Stir in the oats and raisins.
Then add the oil, egg and milk.
Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
Sprinkle with cinnamon topping (last 4 ingredients)

Bake for 15 minutes.
