1 - Pound Petit Jean Sausage18 - Large Eggs1/2 - Cup Milk1 - Cup chopped onion2 - Cup chopped red bell pepper1 - Bag frozen hashbrowns1 - 8oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese1 - tsp black pepper
Brown sausage on stove. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add all other ingredients except for the cheese and mix well. Poor into large baking pan. Bake on 350 for about 40 minutes or until you can stick a knife in the center and it comes out clean. Sprinkle cheese on top and let sit or bake an additional 4 minutes or untill cheese is melted.
