Ingredients
250gr noodles 2 tbsp peanutoil 1 red or 1 yellow paprika without the seeds 1 ginger piece of 1cm, cut into little pieces 1 garlicpiece, cut into little pieces 2 green onions, white and green parts cut seperatly 2 chicken breasts, in little pieces 170gr pods 2 tbsp dark soysauce 1 tbsp oystersauce
Directions
Cook the noodles as it is suggested on the package. Put them in a strainer and keep them warm.
Put oil in a wok. Bake the paprika, ginger, garlic and the white pieces of the green onion for 1 minute. Then add the chicken and bake for another 5 minutes. Add the pods, noodles and the green pieces of the green onion. Stir them well. Add the dark soy and oyster sauces and stir for another 5 minutes untill the chicken is done.
