BlueBerry & Spinach Shake

Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 3/4 cup of organic baby spinach, 1/2 soy milk (vanilla or plain), 1/3 cup plain (fat-free yogurt), 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp milled flax seeds, 3 strawberries (optional)
Directions
Add 2 ice cubes. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy. Makes approximately 2 - 6 oz servings.
